Important Update: Changes to International Recharge Service

Effective immediately, for users who have already paid with PayPal and wish to utilize International Recharge Service (IRS), please note that you will need to contact our Customer Support. 
We will facilitate the transaction manually on your behalf after confirming your personal information.

However, this option is only available for credits that were paid before April 15th 2024. 
Starting April 15th, any users wishing to utilize the International Recharge Service must make payments in cash only, through designated convenience stores. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
