We are currently experiencing problems with the push notifications and incoming calls through the 050 number.

【Impact】:

Users may experience register error when opening the App (My 050, Cloud Softphone)
Some incoming calls to Flip/My050 are not completed or delayed to hear the ringing tone.
【Impact Services】: FLIP/ MY 050

【Cause】: Flip Softswitch responding delay
