My050 and Cloud Softphone: Push Notifications

This is to inform that My050 and Cloud Softphone apps are displaying a notification to iOS (13 or later) users who have not used the above mentioned apps for 7 days or more.

Due to a compatibility problem between Acrobits and iOS, users who receive a notification saying that the push server has expired will not be able to receive calls unless they launch the apps.

We are investigating the problem with Acrobits and will keep our users up to date.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
