Some iOS users are experiencing a reset issue with the latest version of My 050 app.
Please open My 050 app (former 050 Free) from your device and check it if the User ID and password are not reset.
Otherwise please set up the app with your Brastel account information (User ID and password).
If you forgot your User ID and password, please contact our customer service or access My Account on Brastel's website to see them.
