[IMPORTANT] Users of the AGEphone app
Users of the AGEphone app, in the recent update a new function (the Legacy button) has been added to the keypad.
This button allows you to place phone calls through your carrier’s line using the AGEphone keypad.
If your intention is to place the call through the AGEphone app using the Brastel Card, after entering the phone number you must tap the green “AGEphone/VoIP” button. If you tap the black “Legacy” button, the call will go through your carrier’s line and the calling rate will be different from Brastel’s.
Calls placed using your carrier’s line will be billed separately and will not be reimbursed by Brastel.
